2023年8月5日（土）に開催が予定されている第54回仙台七夕花火祭について、本学百周年記念会館（川内萩ホール）敷地が打ち上げ場所となることに伴い、当日18:00から（一部9:00、14:00、17:30から）21:30まで周辺の道路にて交通規制が敷かれるとともに、仙台市地下鉄東西線川内・国際センター両駅にて入構規制が行われます。
また、川内北キャンパスにおいては学内関係者以外の立入りが禁止されます。
14:00以降、当該キャンパスへの入構時は三か所のチェックポイントでIDチェックを行いますので、教職員証又は学生証等の身分証明書を必ず携帯してください。
なお、当日の本学植物園の開園時間は14時まで（入園は13時まで）となります。

The 54th Sendai Tanabata Fireworks Festival will be held on Saturday, August 5th, 2023.
Fireworks will be launched from the premises of Kawauchi Hagi Hall.
On this day, traffic restrictions will be enforced from 18:00 (from 9:00, 14:00, and 17:30 in some areas) to 21:30, on the roads in the vicinity of the hall, and entry restrictions will be enforced at both
Kawauchi and International Center stations of the Sendai city subway Tozai line.
Kawauchi north campus will be closed except for students, faculty, and staff, therefore please be sure to present your student/faculty/staff ID card, if you wish to enter the campus.
Furthermore, the Tohoku University Botanical Gardens will close at 14:00, and visitors are asked to enter the gates by 13:00 on this day.
