『大学生の心身の健康に関する調査』への回答について
東北大学では、全学生を対象として『大学生の心身の健康に関する調査』を実施しております（実施主体：学生生活支援審議会及び学生相談・特別支援センター）。
本調査については例年定期健康診断と合わせて実施していますが、定期健康診断終了後も皆さんの回答を受け付けています。
つきましては、学部２年生以上で未回答の方は、以下のURLあるいは添付ファイルのQRコード等から回答してください。
回答期限は、６月３０日です。
